I am Annie, Vermont birth doula and founder of Transitional Space Birth Services VT.


I assist birthers, supporting loved one(s) and babies in the mountain towns along VT-9, around Windham County, and within the VT-NH-MA tri-state area. By empowering all present to honor birthers' and babies' innermost intelligence, I facilitate prenatal, birthing and postpartum experiences graced with beauty, possibility, and wonder. My work is holistic, personalized, and confidential, recognizing the vastness of each person involved in a birth process, and allowing birthers to experience the ecstatic and healing dimensions of birthing.

 I welcome birthers with families of all configurations, birthers at any stage of pregnancy, and birthers with a wide variety of visions. A robust body of research grounds my work, together with my training in psychology, an abiding sense of place, and a vision of rural liberation.
