  • A free, in-person pre-hiring consultation for potential new clients to decide if we are a good match (1 hour)

  • An in-depth intake conversation (1.5 - 2 hours)

  • A 2-hour in-person visit twice a week over 4 postpartum weeks (16 customized visits total -- renewable. Any given week's visits can be combined into a longer 4-hour visit.)

This option brings consistent opportunities for postpartum support from a professional who is respectful of your autonomy and thoughtful about your priorities, and who believes that your well-being during this period matters. You might use the time to confide, ask emergent questions, or receive help with your baby while you take a break. You might also enjoy having dishes, vacuuming or laundry taken off your hands, or benefit from a session of therapeutic touch or reiki. Consistent support during the "4th trimester" can be a wonderful option as you recover physically from birthing, adjust hormonally, and adapt heart, mind, body and spirit to a new period in your life.

Verdant mountaintops overlap, creating a gradient that fades into the background

We are all longing to go home to some place we have never been -- a place half-remembered and half-envisioned we can only catch glimpses of from time to time. Community. Somewhere, there are people to whom we can speak with passion without having the words catch in our throats. Somewhere a circle of hands will open to receive us, eyes will light up as we enter, voices will celebrate with us whenever we come into our own power… Someplace where we can be free."
